Hours later, a rescue Osprey aborted the mission due to an attack that intercepted communications. 
Now the Xen army of rebel Vortigaunts and allied human marines are heading to the control base where Dr. Ben awaits to amplify a signal to find more alien fugitives that can join the mission. 
According to Xonxt's allies who were freed from Nihilanth's control, they must be located on a small moon in orbit around Xen. and the HECU marines who escaped the attack and have deserted due to the chaotic situation will also make contact to join defense forces alongside Sven Co-op's stragglers. 
What no one expected is that they received a very distant transmission from an unidentified alien fleet commanding plagued HECU soldiers with a zombification venom.
