Open sv_birthday.zip\.rar\.7zip on your download folder and extract to
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Sven Co-op\svencoop_addon
If svencoop_addon dosent exist , create new folder name svencoop_addon
Then just simply open your game , select sv_birthday , enjoy!
