This model "Metrocop.mdl" goes with this file "Metrocop.txt" 
and in game view called "Metrocop.bmp"

You can't use it for personal profit!
You can't re host it!
You can't provide it to no one else!  
You can't use it in any custom map or custom pack!
You can't use it as server side model!
You can get this model only on FPSC Labs forums!
