He is the secondary administrator, and also
the scientist who programmed the RoboGrunts.
He leads the RoboGrunt research project, and 
designs new kinds of weapons and vehicles for
the bad guys. From what our spies have found
out, he has done some experiments on aliens.
We just lost one of our spies, I think his
last words were: "Sector clear! Wait... I
hear something moving... What was that zap?
Sounds like an alien slave! Wa.. The lights!
Someone turned them off! What theh..YAARGH!!"
Then we lost the connection. May he rest in
peace. Forrester is doing his researches in a
large military base near Black Mesa. We have
dropped you and an APC near the base. Also,
while inside the base, steal the RoboGrunt
plans. When you have done that and eliminated
Forrester, call us with a radio. We'll send
a helicopter to get you out of there.
